Information Collection and Use
Fold is the sole owner of the information collected via this site, Fold will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. Fold collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Contact Forms
Fold requests information from the user on our contact form. Fold asks our users to provide contact information (like name and email address) on our contact form; this information is voluntarily given and is not required in order to contact us. Fold uses contact information in order to respond to the users query. If a user requests to receive further information about Fold, their details are then included in our mailing list. Should a user wish us to remove their details from our mailing list, they should request us to do so via email: Fold will make every effort to ensure that its mailing list is kept up to date.

Booking & Order Forms
Fold requests information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). Fold uses this information for billing purposes and to fill a customer's order. If Fold has trouble processing an order, we use contact information to get in touch with the user. Fold does not ask our users for financial information. Fold does not collect sensitive information such as credit card details; Fold asks that customers pay either by personal cheque or through a third party: paypal. Paypal has its own privacy policy, and we ask our users to acquaint themselves with this, see Fold does not accept responsibility for the actions of any third party service.

Log Files
Through Site Meter, we use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Fold does not share, sell or rent any shpping information about our users.
Ordinarily, Fold uses Royal Mail to deliver goods though on occasion we use a courier company to ship orders. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

This website contains links to other sites. Fold is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. The information is only accessible to people working for Fold and in order to perform specific tasks for Fold, (like answering a customer query or sourcing work for an exhibition).

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post notice of those changes on our Homepage so our users can always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we wish to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will ask permission of our users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was originally collected, (or by default version 1 dated 2003).
In addition to this, we regularly ask our users to verify or amend the information that we hold about them and the ways in which Fold has permission to use this information. Fold does this by email annually in August.
