A series of Slow Video works which are a response to the changed social and farming landscape of the North Cumbria. Paul D Stevens was a practising Veterinary Surgeon based in Carlisle during the Foot and Mouth outbreak - an unforgettable experience. He is revisiting the area - the landscape, the farms and particularly the people - this time as a tourist. For 6 months in 2001, he was an integral part of the local machinary: Instrumental in changing a ravaged landscape. Now he will present a personal reflection on that time in a series of video paintings which will be projected out doors over Carlisle.
