At New(t)by Bridge, at the foot of Windermere, the ancient but architecturally classic bus shelter is transformed by a mural celebrating the hidden world of Underwater. See giant newts dancing the Lakeland Fling amid a whirl of parameciums, a dazzle of daphnia! Newtby Bridge is on the Kendal-Barrow bus route.
